agreed. go on a light bulk. gain around 5 lbs of muscle. it will help you heavily with your cut

maybe continue at the level of calories that hes eating right now (hes heavy so im guessing hes taking in excess) and just hit the gym hard.
probably promote good muscle gains and fat loss at the same time until he reaches a certain point
am i alone on this?

More like 8-10.
If he stops eating simple carbs, like white rice, i'll bet some of that fat will fall off even during a bulk.

erm...
can;t i eat white rice on bulking?
is there any other choice that brown rice?
its hard to be weird from other family member..

how about white bread?
now i eat the wholemeal bread with white egg and sometimes with tuna...
is bulking means adding fat?
or just adding size while decreasing fat?

you dont get fat from eating fat. you get fat from increase of calories. eat brown rice.
its hard to be weird?
no offense but thats the reason why we are different from everyone else
me being weird is why i am not fat anymore. you choose

Just loose some fat, its better being skinny with no muscle than fat with no muscle.
