I used to be crazy. I used to do HIIT every other day, running up hills, as well as resistance training 4 days a week. My carb ups were absolutely freakin' dirty, eating 2-3 whole cakes on a Saturday. I still lost weight really fast and stayed ketogenic most week long.

Hard leg day and a walk with the dogs usually does it for me.

I'm still not quite in ketosis just yet (first time - started Sunday). I'm headed to the gym tonight to bust out some wicked cardio.
I love to run, so I think I'll just grab a treadmill and run several miles.
Here's hoping.

Do an intense (10*10 or 8*8) workout of any bodypart or 2 followed with some cardio, that always does the trick

that should do it as long as rest is somewhat minimal.

Yea, if you've never tried it, there's a huge difference between doing squats with 30 second rests and doing squats with 90 second rests. Make sure there's plenty of fresh air 'cuz you'll be breating pretty hard...

The first time I ever started Keto I was in ketosis in 36 hours. I just started up on a Keto again (been 5 days today) and dropped into keto in 24 hours. I do know that it gets much easier getting into keto the longer you eat this way. Here's what I did this time when I started on Keto:
1 hour cardio broken into two 30 minute sessions
Exaggerated macro split of 68/30/2
An exercise routine consisting of 8 sets total (done with no rest between sets).
Hope this is a bit helpful to some of youse.
