Even though there have been countless reviews of these products stacked together I thought that it might be helpful to make a log since I am 16. I am certain that there are some 16 year olds who are interested in purchasing these products but are not certain if the results will vary because they have read logs of older men.
Previous Workout Experience:
1.5 years of training, about one half of serious lifting.

Current Stats:
6'0
155lbs
I am definately an ectomorph and I have a difficult time gaining weight.
I workout 4 days per week:
1. Chest/Tri/Shoulder
2. Legs/Abs
3. Rest
4. Back/Bi's
5. Rest
6. Run/Bike
7. Rest
I eat:
Around 3400 cal per day, all clean! Also I try to always have 1 gallon of water a day. I have no caffeine or drug use.
Other Supps:
Cytogainer
NOW Super Omega 3-6-9
Mega Men Multi
My workouts will look like this hopefully:
1.5 hour before workout = cytogainer
45min before = WB
30min before = GB
workout
15 min after = cytogainer

I worked out today after school around 3 pm. I made sure to drink extra water and take the pills on an empty stomach. My workout (chest tris shoulders) was a good one, and I left the gym feeling very sweaty and pumped. I added weight on almost all my excercises and ended with pushups which I do not normally do. I am uncertain how much of this good experience is a placebo effect but I am satisfied so far.
