I just started the full dose of Powerfull yesterday... I haven't noticed anything but many visits to the bathroom (roughly 6 times #2 since yesterday afternoon)... is this normal? I heard it's a diuretic so I figured I'd be going #1 a lot but this is a little scary... I feel week/drained instead of full of energy. Is this normal the first few days? My concern is I'm going away for the weekend and don't want to spend my trip in the bathroom haha
I'm not a big guy... 5'7 135, so should I maybe drop the dose?
Thoughts?

hey bro,
i havent updated my log in a while due to cpu reasons but i have been using powerfull for a little ove three weeks and have gained ~7 lbs and maybe 1% bf at the most. strength is up too. it is good stuff.

Big thumbs up on the Powerfull. i have a semi-log on here and need to update it. so far nothing but good stuff for me. the only bad thing is that at 9 caps/day i sometimes feel like it is hard to get up.

i have not noticed that i **** more but i have noticed that i can expect when i have to ****. it almost keeps me on a ****ting cycle as weird as that sounds. either way keep taking this for a month and you will see good results. i myself have been training for 10 years and have hit all types of plateaus and tried almost every supp out there and this one is for real. 7 lbs gained and less than or equal to 1% bf gained so that is a pretty good gain, especially on a maintenance diet.
