Hey guys...
im about to start my first real log with controlled labs green bulge and biotest's red kat.
the reason im using a random supplement like red kat is i work at GNC part time and whenever things are a month away from expiring i basically get them for free (plus im in college and money is tiiiighhht) so im goin to continually try and create new stacks of older "nonsuccessful" supps and new "successful" supps.
i am:
-20 years old
-im about 195-205 for the last couple of months
-lifting seriously for 2.5 years
-my diet consists of 6-7 small meals (usually 6 meals and 1/3 of a pound of almonds throughout the day
-i only eat/drink:the "power 12" foods (turkey, veggies, fish, lean beef, chicken, oatmeal, eggs, nuts, fruits, milk, whole wheat products, water (or gatorade)
supps i am currently taking during this log:
-green bulge
-red kat
-multi
-B-12 (to increase appetite)
-green tea powder(capped)
-proanthocyanidin (anti-oxidant)
-whey protien
i just finished my workout tonight and i also have pics from this morning im about to put up later tonight.

tuesday:shoulders
-weighed in @ the gym: 200 pounds
-workout length:55 mins (had to go quick because i had a late night organic chemistry lab )
1-arm seated dumbell press:
42.5x12 (each arm)
50x10
50x9
50x7 (slow negatives)
hammer shoulder press:
120x11
120x12
130x8
superset-medial delt. double cable raises into frontal dumbell raises:
20x13->20x12
30x7->20x12
20x12->20x10 -delts were on fire
barbell traps:
225x12
265x10
285x8
-general feeling during my lift: day one of both supps and i def. felt a new pump (i think from the green bulge) during my workout. since finishing off my pct from a summer cycle i havent taken any supplements other than protien so this new pump was something i definitly enjoyed. I also sweated more then I usually sweat during my lift, but im not sure what that is from.

diet:
-breakfast- protein shake + oats
-lunch- quiznos turkey sandwhich (with tons of veggies) on whole wheat roll
-snack- 2 reduced fat yogurts
-preWO- protein shake + oats
-PWO- protein shake + oats
-real late dinner (10pm)- whole wheat pasta, grilled chicken, and baby carrots
-2 gallons of water (throughout the day) -no other beverages
*each protein shake is usually made with skim milk or water (water only PWO) and has about 55grams of protein isolate and normal whey conc.*
supps:
-2 red kats on empty stomach in the morning and 2 with green bulge about 8 hours later (45 mins prior to lifting)
-5 GB caps
*i only got 6 hours of sleep last night because i was studying for a test, but when i know im not gettin 8 hours i pop some ZMA to help me feel better when i wake up*

side notes: my 2nd workout has been intense. sweating like crazy (when sweat gets in ur eyes it suks), very focused, muscles feeling very dense....so far so good....libido has jumped up a good amount cause of the red kat

hey guys i just took my GB and RK and waiting another 30mins before i go hit the weights but, eventhough its only been day 3 ive had the alpha male complex really bad. i went out with my roommates last night and i got in a fight at a party because some kid was f-ing with my best friend. i threw the kid to the ground and punch him a couple of times in the face till people pulled me off him and then my other friend proceeded to pummel him some more.....im not normally like this considering ive only been in a couple of fights my whole life. i think red kat really give me the "if u look at me wrong im gonna kill u" feeling- i only get this way when im on cycle and ive been clean since july. if i was at home i would get bloodwork to find out if this isnt purely placebo effect

day 7
today i did chest and tris after a long homecoming weekend....mud wrestling with sorority girls
i weighted in at 203 so that means im up 3 pounds - i think the jump is because on weekends im not suppose to take the red kat (which is suppose to also keep u lean it says) and because weekends i cheat alittle more on my diet (ex. 1am chicken parm. sub), but my body still feels good, but i havent really seen any strength gains.
i did chest and tris:
db flat bench: 80x12, 85x11, 90x8, 90x9 (no spotter)
incline bench:135x13, 155x9, 165x8, 165x8 (no spotter)
cable crosses: 80x12, 100x10, 110x8
pec deck:100x13, 115x10, 115x10
dips: 1 set till failure
tricep pressdown: 70x10, 70x10, 70x8 (tri's completely dead)
i dont normally do tris with chest but i had to miss a day at the gym because of the overload of schoolwork i have...
muscles still feel dense, but im starting to get/feel sick. i think my gf has a stomach virus and ive been around her alot....im praying that i stay healthy.

yesterday i did bi's and abs
i weighted in @ 202
seated dumbell curls: 40x8, 40x9, 42.5x8
machine preacher curls: 70x12(w/ slow negs), 85x10, 100x7
hammer curls: 30x12, 30x10, 30x10 (arms dead)
then abs
side notes: i take 2 servings of red kat mon-fri then im suppose to take weekends off. its suppose to help with "lean gains" it says but i feel like when taking the red kat with GB i cant gain extra weight. also my strength has jumped up since last week. the weights just felt lighter to me. ive never curled 42.5x8 with good form before. i was surprised also because i didnt feel so hot entering the gym/ my focus was not there, but still i put up good numbers so im very pleased so far.

today i had a awesome shoulder workout - day 10
i weighted in 203 up 3 pounds total since day 1. in the gym i once again put up record numbers in most of my lifts and felt great doing it. controlled labs - i truely think u came out with a successful product.
i changed it up today and did 3 sets of all dumbell raises front,medial, and posterior.
front: 20x15, 25x10, 27.5x8 (still felt great)
medial: 20x12, 22.5x10, 25x8
posterior: 12x15, 15x12, 17.5x12
2 handed frontal cable raises: 40x15, 55x8 (dead tired)
2 handed cable medial raises: 10(a hand)x12, 10x12 (plus static holds)
machine posterior: 100x10, 100x12
barbell traps: 315x8, 315x6, 225x12
side note: outside the gym i think about sex alot more, but red kat doesnt actually make me pitch tents all the time. it just i waste more of my freetime thinking about anything sexual. a nice side-effect. no other sides ive noticed other than a cold sore which is gone from when i started the stack

10/21 - 17 days into my stack.
-whats up guys i stopped updating my log daily based on the fact that i havent had a lot of questions/ feedback plus my school work has become ridic. overwelming.
lifts: I lifted only 3 times this week because of midterms, but my lifts keep getting better. monday i did back and hamstrings and on average all my back exercises went up around 5-10 pounds. thursday i lifted shoulders and chest, which also went great. today im lifting legs, bi's, and forearms.
side notes: my shoulders are noticably fuller and my libido is still extremely high.
thats all for this week unless someone has a question which i will anwser.
