Mine would definitely have to be grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts. It seems like there's a sale on them every week in one of the grocery stores around here - just the other day I bought 10 lbs worth because they dropped to $1.68/lb. They're so easy to make, easy to store, easy to heat up, and easy to flavor that I'm sure they'll always be a staple of my eating habits!
