Someday's Road to Free Lap Dances at the Arnold!
Don't blame me....joed voted on the title!
Anyhow, I'm posting a new journal for Shell as she is prepping for a show in mid-April in NYC for a change of pace. I'm guessing she will also do the New Englands 3 weeks after that as well. She is a glutton for punishment as both of those shows are uber tough.
So I'll get the journal started.....she began the day good getting in her 45 minutes of cardio, but then caved and ate a brownie this afternoon!!!

my plan is to do figure in nyc and bodybuilding at the new englands.....as long as i feel like i am lean enough and look good enough.
i started dieting at 20 weeks out because i need to drop at least 35#s. i'm typing this as i smell homemade mac and cheese and warm brownies in the oven.....i can't deprive the kids just because i'm dieting, but damn.....this sucks!
anyway.....i need to go back and figure out for sure, but i think this is my 10th show. i'd have to go back through my journals. i'm doing a carb cycling diet again and i am at 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. (my off season schedule) i don't want to start doing to much to soon.

this is nothing....i can do it in my sleep now.....i'm hoping i don't have to ramp up as soon as i did last time, but i bet i will. i'll be at 1 hour and 30 minutes a day before i know it. i may gain muscle easier than some, but i have to do twice the work of most to drop the fat! it's not just simple math!

It's hard to imagine you need to drop 35lbs Shelli. Are you aiming for a specific bf% or are you going for a specific look? How difficult will it be for you to do a figure show and then do a bb show a few weeks later?
