Yeah I started pretty small then went up to 193 then cut to 170 where I'm at now. I hate feeling hungry every so often, so bulkings the answer

lol, a year ago I was about a buck fourty five, but I thought it was "cool to be skinny" as where I am the look is "thin is in" which is lame now IMO. My routine's pretty basic, when I'm bulking I do a bodypart a day IE :chest monday, back tuesday, shoulders wednsday, arms thursday, legs friday. When I cut I work everything twice a week IE: Chest tri monday, Back bi tuesday, shoulders morning wed legs at night on wed. I hit everything hard on the first three days, then on the next three days I hit everything a lot lighter and do cardio for 45 min walking at 3 mph at 7 degree incline.

Let me begin by saying your biceps, chest, and back are extremely impressive. Great job.
But the delts and abs are insane. I'm sure genetics may play some role in this, but you should be extremely proud of what you have accomplished. You look like you could walk on a stage right now. Unbelievable conditioning.
You obviously have an incredible discipline to get yourself in this kind of shape. Hard work in the gym and a clean diet. Every guy, no matter what weight or height, wants broad, round delts, a v-taper, and a shredded midsection. Unbelievable, man.
I would say your bodyfat falls somewhere around 5 to 6%. Some of the best abs I've ever seen. Take lots of pictures because not many guys ever get to this level of conditioning.
Wherever you plan on taking yourself from here, you have a solid foundation to build on. EXCELLENT JOB!

You look well conditioned no matter what... very impressive
Those deadlifts should help your traps improve as well.... although at such a low bodyfat, it is hard to maintain the appearance of massive traps no matter how strong they are. I'd say to incorporate some pyramid shrugs in your routine if you haven't already.
But like I said, many would kill to have that result and the dedication it took to get there.
