    Smile 1+ Month Transformation

    What's going on guys? I got mono in late July and couldnt workout for about 3-4 weeks. Before I got mono I weighed 137lbs, I lost 9 pounds from mono, it is really easy for me to lose weight and REALLY hard for me to gain weight, I am an ectomorph. I'll probably post another transformation at the end of this month or in the middle of next month. I'm 5'7-5'8 right now, let me know what you think, peace.

    Glad you're feeling better. You have a really good build. I like the farmer's line or whatever it's called. So what are your goals? Stay lean and defined? Bulk up significantly? Either way good luck!

    ahhh a fellow ecto eh

    heres some motivation to keep hitting the weights brother!! me, before and after 2 years..you're well on your way my friend, dont make your training and diet complicated, don't be picky with what you eat, you're not gonna get fat, no matter how hard you try lol, lift hard and heavy, try to nail everything once a week.

    My goal is to go up to around 180 lbs and then cut my waterweight and stay lean, around 6-7% body fat. Thanks.

    I started getting about 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound, started eating around 6-7 big meals a day, and just worked my ass off. The first picture is right after I was done with mono, that was the first day I could workout again. Thanks man, I appreciate it.

    Thanks man, I just got in a fight at school on Monday so I could get suspended and bulk up easier lol. I go back to school on the 17th, I'm looking to gain 7-8 pounds by the end of next week, I want to get to 150+ lbs by next monday.

    Shame bout the fight dude, shoulda walked away but who am I to say.

    Gaining 8 lbs in a week and 4 days is crazy. I'm eating 2g/lb as well and am only gaining 1lb or just over a week. I'm working like a bitch as well.

    I'll just take it as goes, I'm certainly enjoying the eating and the gym
