eating a big meal before bed

anything wrong with that? for some reason i keep gettin the idea that it will turn into fat or something.

..the only good thing that would come out of eating a "big" meal before bed..is if you were trying to bulk and you are one of those "hard gainers", but if your just bulking..especially lean bulking, stick with a small snack before bed thats high protein, low fat, and low carb..like cottage cheese. If you eat alot of fatty foods, or high carb foods before bed, your body will digest the foods even slower, causing you to get fat.
