Yes, I lost almost 150Lbs about 5 years ago,..Since then I have been motivating others to achieve success in fitness.

I disagree with some of the things you say:

"symbols of strength that men posses: such as large shoulders, a wide chest, strong legs, defined arms and a chiseled mid section."

Those aren't symbols of strength, and even if they are symbols, they don't necessarily indicate that you do in fact have strength. Yeah you can lift heavy weights and are as fit as you let yourself become, but these things don't indicate a healthy diet and in many cases are simply down to genetics.

While they may symbolise a "healthy man who can protect and defend his wife" they aren't necessarily proof of a man who could.

The same principle goes for a woman with "ample breasts" etc.

However I do know what you mean with a healthy, energetic lifestyle to improve a sexual relationship. I think the severe emphasis on the body is a bit over the top. I mean, you could have sexual attraction without a "chisled mid section" and could be athletic enough without a chisled mid section to satisfy 3 women at a time! Just my 2 cents.

In order to live a happy, sustainable existence with your lifetime partner, not only should you be able to communicate and love each other with respect and unconditional support, but most importantly, you've got to be fit and you've got to have great sexual chemistry.

I really dislike how the article puts the physical in front of communication, respect, and unconditional support.

Whatever happened to accepting your mate for who they are and not trying to change them? It's one thing to encourage them to eat better for their health, it's another to push them to work out so they can fulfill your personal fantasy.

It's not all about the sex. You just need to find somebody that has the same motivation, goals, and desire that you have in certain things or in life in general.

When I was overweight. I was with an overweight girl. I didnt have any motivation, goals, or desire for working out and being healthy. Once I did I could not get that girlfriend to do it with me. That made it tough. We became complete opposites and eventually broke up.

Now I found the "perfect" girl. (In my eyes). She has motivation, goals, and the desire to succeed in life. And I'm emtionally and physically attracted to her.

I believe that pure physical attraction between 2 people will not last but it helps tremendously if there is also an emotional bond between the 2 people.

I dont mean to put anybody down but to the people that arent agreeing, I would guess you do not care much about physical beauty. You might not have the motivation and desire to look your best.

To find the perfect mate you need both emotional and physical attraction.

Where are you getting your garbage information from? Since the dawn of human history, the symbols of female fertility have been fat, very fat - particularly in the places where the female sex hormone, estrogen, stores fat. Did you actually do any research into evolution and anthropology for this? It's fairly obvious the answer is no. Women back when you were talking about didn't have small waists, and usually didn't have big breasts either.
Breasts didn't come into play for attracting a mate - they are mammary glands designed to feed infants, so a man's natural instinct is for the size of the HIPS, not the breasts. A small waist then was also seen as something lacking - not that it mattered, we were all dressed in sackcloth and ashes back then. It is evolutionary FACT that men are mainly attracted towards the size of the hips, nothing else, as it's a major sign of fertility.

Apart from that, you then completely contradict yourself by saying that women have to be "fit" - in other words, the bodyfat will decrease, along with breast-size and hip-size, so HOW could that possibly be evolutionary?

Just out of interest, what's your opinion on people who fall in love AND lust without ever having seen each other? Is that possible?
