I'm 29 years old, 5'11 148 pounds, lift 5 days a week. Extremely lean, very fit, body fat probably around 6-7%. Trying to put some size on. Have just increased my calories from around 3000 (wasn't gaining at all) to about 3400. Yesterday my totals were Protein- 295 Fats- 96 and carbs- 365. I'm thinking my protein is a little high and my carbs a little low? Any suggestions? I've been spreading this across 4 actual meals and 1 shake. My largest meal right before bed about 1200 calories.

Protein way higher than needed but if that is what you like it is fine; try it and see how you like it. As long as you get in .8g of protein per pound, and .45g fat per pound you can fill calories out with whatever macro you like.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
