CINNA-SWEET PORK RINDS
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 oz pork rinds -- 90g
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
Break larger rinds in half.
Put rinds in a large ziplocbag.
Combine butter, Splenda, extract and cinnamon.
Pour butter mix over rinds, seal bag, and shake until the rinds are well coated. Pour rinds onto a baking sheet and bake at 300?F-150?Cfor about 10 minutes or until dry and crunchy.
Variations: Reduce cinnamon to 1/2 tsp. and add one tsp. of caramel extract. (Or toffee or butterscotch or chocolate or gingerbread or whatever sounds good to you.)
