Planning Keto around Basketball training

Hi, I've been a member of the forum for a WHILE, since I've been playing basketball and throwing shot put, discus, and hammer since high school. I've since done both sports through college (I just graduated this May) and I now play basketball overseas....Anyway, I'm very interested in starting a keto diet, but my concern is the fact that I have pretty intense 2hr practices daily, with a game each Sunday afternoon (another 2hr physical commitment). Monday being my only day off, I usually go out the night before (dinner, drinks, etc.--I am only 22!)

What would be the best way to go about keto and carb loading? I tend to be pretty responsive (I seem to show signs of ketosis) whenever I diet or use a high caffeine or eca supplement. BTW, I'm a female, 6'3", around 210 lbs, and 17-18% body fat. Thanks a bunch!

You could look into doing TKD and maybe just up the carbs plenty enough to get you through the workout. CKD can work but I think you'd hate working out that long with that style of Keto. You can try out both and see what works for you.
