    Who plays sport/jogs the day after their leg exercises?

    Anyone else here do it?

    I'm thinking of going jogging in the morning the day after my leg workouts. Is this a good idea other then it being sore.

    i train throughout all my sports. right now i'm only focusing on lagging parts beacuase i'm not afraid of my other muscles losing mass or strength(wrestling)

    Its cool because when I had daily doubles for football I was so sore I couldn't walk but still had to run my ass off, after awhile you get warmed up and you are no longer sore.
