So you added approximately 7 kilograms( 15 lbs) of muscle in 3 years?
How is your diet like?

only 7 kg in 3 years but i didn't earn any body fat, this 7 kg pure muscle ! and then even got leaner...............
i know some people would say, bulk, then cut... i do it clean and slow and the advantage is that I'm all ways staying lean.

Just shows what a massive difference a REAL kilo of muscle makes.
These guys bulking adding pound after pound, shows just how much of that is worthless fat.
Great video.

Hey congrats bud, thats some awesome work.
Its cool that you're out of the typical mainstream bulk then cut phase and just slowly adding quality lean mass over the years. Keep it up and make an 07'-'09' video for us later.

What's type of work out do you do for your abs?
Also, how many times a week?

can you pm, or let everyone else know your workout routine, sets, reps, what you do and how many times a week.
also your diet, do you stick to specific macros like for example 40% carb 40% protein 20% fat, and how many calories a day.
would appreciate it bro.
do you plan to compete or just recreational lifting right now.

Great physique man. With your ability to maintain such a low bodyfat I would try doing a bulk for a couple months, widen them lats and shoulders a little, you'd be a monster...even if you were only 190lbs. I bet your 6 pack wouldnt even disappear...like mine has
edit: being 5'9" your pretty lean at 170. Build the "tshirt definition" Look jacked even with a large T on.

Got any leg progress pictures? If you aren't doing legs, then that is probably the reason its only 15lbs.
15lbs in the upperbody is a great deal of mass with a drop of BF% also.

I was wondering if you made similar gains in your legs as well?
If not, then I'm guessing you'd have probably gained 25lbs total over those 3 years with solid lower body gains, but either way you made amazing progress and developed a perfect physique.
