    Layne Norton split Or FST-7 im on a cut

    Both are great workouts but as far as a cutting workout what would your suggestions be?

    Im looking for the best workout to help cut!

    Ive got my diet in check and my carido down, I'm looking for the best workout to keep me dense and keep as much strength and muscle as possible also to help stay full.

    ^^ Definately.

    Any program that you can bulk on, you can cut on imo. Lower the volume on your cut though and keep the intensity up and you should be fine.
