What's the difference between micronized creatine and normal creatin? *will rep*
So, what's the difference between creatine monohydrate and creatine monohydrate micronized???

Micronized goes through a different process when it is made than monohydrated does, and that is supposed to make it better absorbed.

micronized is basically regular creatine just broken down a lot more in its physical form. its made into a "powder" instead of a "sand".. the increase in surface area of a powder allows it to absorb a lot more efficiently and quicker into the blood stream.. i used to take AST's Micronized Creatine.. worked pretty well.. no taste at all and absorbs like magic into juice ;-)
