It took me years to fully appreciate the value of the lessons I have learned from the Iron... I learned that nothing good comes without work and a certain amount of pain. When I finish a set that leaves me shaking, I know more about myself. When something gets bad, I know it can't be as bad as that workout.

Broccoli has more fiber and spinach is more nutrient dense. By weight, spinach has more to offer. But, I personally hate spincah unless it is cooked with lots of butter and salt. NOw broccoli, I could eat that ra or cooked.

broccoli and spinach are both great and neither one can really be said to better than the other. i know spinach is a super food but i wll say broccoli is a super food to me too. in fact all veggies are super. its like mom always used to say, "sammy eat your vegetables so you can grow up to be big and strong." thanks mom.
