Motivation for me: Starting Pics

Well I've been "working out" for awhile now, but I've been seeing no progress so I've decided to get semi-serious about it and follow a plan, and get my diet cleaned up. I also decided to post up some pics so I can get the motivation to post better pics a few months from now.

Here they are:

Look at my before and after pics...Its what you can look like in 28 days, you'll be smacking girls away with a stick...


My advice: buy a ton of food, beef, steaks, chicken, eggs, milk, macaroni, and eat eat eat....I bought some 15lb, 35lb and 45lb dumbbells and I hit those twice a day for about 30 minutes a session, and well it works well...You can put on about 10lbs in a month of good weight.


The tan also helps skinny guys tremendiously....Anyway hope this helps.

Hockey i'm being very honest when I say you need to tan.


You have no idea how much better you will look, you won't even have to touch a dumbbell, your skin will clear up, youll look much leaner and more muscular.

Why do you think bbuilders load up on tan lotion before contesting, cause it shows every single muscle


Also again eat eat eat, and eat some more, then lift and lift again, get some good hardcore crunch music, that helps me.


Being as i'm not huge I lose motivation and strength fast, so I lift like twice a day 1 set, and I do it everyday, I burn a little muscle, eat a lot and grow it back cause fast so I can workout again fast cause I didn't do a huge 1 day a week lift

This is what happens if you use steroids wrongly...Notice the fat stomach, no muscles what so ever, and the herpes sores around the nose area.

Plus hes had steroid cancer, icky...So do it natural, is my best advice!
