i have been training for 6months and have been eating a whole lot of junk. Ive put on 9kg and am pretty happy with it. However, now i want to gain lean muscle, so i asked a trainer to make me a diet, and this is what he wrote, what do you guys think? by the way i weigh 89 kg and am 6"1".
Breakfast-
Two bowls of High carbs and high protien cereal with skim milk
Snack- handful of almonds, apple and water
meal 3- protein shake- 2scoops whey
Meal 4- wholegrain bread of breat skinless chicekn avacado plus lettuce, tomato and 1 slice of fat free cheese, plus water
also will take creatine and glutamine throughout the day
Meal 5- protien shake- 2scoops whey
meal 6- small tin of tuna in water plus piece of fruit
meal 7- lean steak or chicken with salad no carbs.
3litres of water throughoutthe day
