1. I don't remember what forum it is in, but somewhere there is a sticky that is called something like "BCAA Roundtable or something or other" and it has 4-5 experts debating BCAA topics. They know much more than I do. I was just guessing as to why he doesn't recommend them.
2. The write-up mentions clenbuterol and cytomel. I'm thinking any of the more powerful fat-burners out there would be fine, as would non-stimulants. I just think he is trying to get at the fact that ingesting loads of caffeine daily is probably doing more in the way of cortisol release than it is in actual fat loss. That probably isn't true for the more powerful things out there.*SCC*

very interesting but i know for a fact that Dave do allows BCAA's on this diet and while cutting because Evan Centopani used them on his cardio sessions prepping for his show...I'm also using them on my contest prep. right now, using 20 scoops of Xtend per day and definetly aims on fat loss...

dude this is just like a keto diet, but he has specific dos and don'ts.
for me, when i do keto, i preferably do HIIT. i get the same results of LOW intensity cardio in half the time and my conditioning improves. the 120 bpm is a guideline cuz i think his clients are older. if u're in ur 20s, ur 60something% is 130.
from 240 to 220, i did 2 carb up days losing. from 220 to 210 i did 1 carb up day. losing ~2 lbs a week on the way and my strength going up.
