I understand you're not a big fan of these diets, but let's be honest, this is nothing more than an altered Keto diet. Also with this diet, it's recommended not to use them doing it as the release of cortisol would be high.
As for my results, for me it has shown the best improvement in muscle mass and bodyfat loss. In two weeks, I'm down from 217 to 209 and lost 2.5% bodyfat. I'm at 10.5% now and after this diet, I'll bulk correctly now.
It is a lot of protein, but the fat spares the protein much like the Velocity Diet, but you are still eating solid foods. Would I recommend it to those just trying to lose fat? No. Would I recommend it to people like you who are experienced in the field of bodybuilding? Yes."The world will look up and shout save us... And I'll whisper, no."

Experiment Update:
I've recently added ON 100% Casein to the Isopure shake for the last week and I'm still in strong ketosis. Reason being is that it keeps me fuller, longer. Just thought people would like to know."The world will look up and shout save us... And I'll whisper, no."

I mean you're a medical student, would you seriously recomend me consuming over 2g/lb of protein if i needed to cut in the future (i'll probably have to cut light at about 160-165 for like 8 weeks to be shredded). I mean i dont get it, sure the fat spares the protein, but he said 10% might be burned up, why not just eat 10% more unsaturated fats or MCT oil, or omega 3's?

Definitely some awesome information in this thread. Going to start cutting using this diet on Monday. I've spent the last 12 weeks or so bulking and have gained a nice amount of muscle but its time to get ripped up. I'll keep everyone posted on my experiences etc with this.

Shake question
I read the posts about not using milk so i tried using water and it was quite disgusting. Is it possible to use skim milk and still see achieve the same results? Could I cut something out to compensate for using milk?
