6 sets/ cable cross overs ( 8-10 reps )
Back: 6 sets/ seated rolls ( 7-10 reps )

4 sets/ machine back flexers ( 8-12 reps )
Biceps: 6 sets/ Standing barbell curls ( 7-10 reps )

Cardio Schedule:
At the moment only 2 times a week. I'll increase that to 3 or 4 times a week closer to contest time to depending on my needs. I am currently about 11%bf so I am not very far off.
