Day 1:
Yesterday

My usual dose for EC is 12.5mg E and 100mg C. I cut the tabs in half for both so these aren't exact #s. This is enough to get me energized and sweating big time while training. At these doses I also notice the brochiodialation. Well I had been hearing some talk of Glucophase making stimulants about twice as effective, and I have never take a 25 mg dose of E, so I decided to dose at 1/2 as much as usual; 6.25mg Ephedrine and 50 mg caffiene. Effects:

I have never used this small a dose of EC, so I didn't know exactly how much to expect. I didn't feel the same effects I get from my usual dose. I did have some additional energy, but not very much.

What this tells me is that GXR does not make stims 2x as powerful, at least not for me. I now feel comfortable taking my normal doses for everything and seeing how much extra I notice. Sorry about wasting that day but now I know that my normal doses are not going to knock my socks off.

Day 2:

Today I tried a serving of GXR with 1 Cardio Breeze. I took the GXR 15 min. before the CB. The workout consisted of weights, followed by an 11 min. cardio session @ 8 mph.

Effects:
Cardio Breeze is a product designed to make cardio feel easier. I felt a weak boost during weight training, but the cardio is where I felt the most difference. Cardio is usually made easier by the product, but not like this. The first 4 minutes felt about as hard as strolling down a sidewalk. A whole lot of sweat today. I do feel that GXR strengthened the effects of Cardio Breeze.

Day 3:

Didn't need and stims today, so I took a serving of GXR about 5 min. before my Post WO shake.

Effects:
Not really sure, although I had a Tri-o-Plex 30 min. after the shake, and that was exactly and hour ago, and I'm already hungry again. Gonna go get some more food.

Day 4:

Again, got plenty of sleep so I didn't need the stims. Same dosing as yesterday, 5 min. before PWO shake. This week I should be trying 4 or 5 combination so stay tuned.

Effects:
I don't know if this is just a coincidence, but today again I felt hungrier quicker after my 2 meals following training. I will see if this continues.

Day 5:

OK today I took a serving of GXR 15 min. before 12.5mg E and 100-125mg C. Then I went to the gym for back and bis.

Effects:
This picked me up nicely. A bit stronger than the dose usually feels. One big thing is that the diuretic effect was increased, I was drinking a little more, but peeing a lot more. I went to the bathroom 3 times before I left the gym. I was sweating big time for a no cardio day.

I recently woke up from a 10 min. nap. I feel like I crashed harder from the EC w/ GXR than I do with just EC. Hit me like a ton of bricks. I don't have time to nap anymore today, but I want to!

Day 6:

Today I took a serving of GXR 15 min. before a serving of Power Jolt. This was before a shoulder workout.

Effects:
I got very strong effects from the Power Jolt w/ GXR. Something I don't usually get from it that I did today is some anxiety. It didn't last long though. Sweating was definitely increased. Shoulder day is one of my easiest workouts and I was sweating way more than I should have been. I don't know if the GXR itself is causing that or what.

I can't wait to do another GXR / Cardio Breeze next time I do cardio. That was great.

Day 8:

I took 1 GXR 15min. before a thermal Rage. Chest/Tri workout followed.

Effects:
Just didn't want to quit today. I have had an off and on workout partner recently. I'm kind of showing him the ropes and in exchange I have a spotter. Well he got tired and left somewhere in the tri work and I just kept on going. Threw in some ab work at the end. Lots and lots of endurance today. And this is with my usual too short sleep time. Stronger than on its own for sure.

Day 9:

I took 1 GXR 15min. before about 13mg of E and 120mg of C. Back and Bi workout followed.

Effects:
I was absolutely ON IT today. I met up with one of my professors today and was training him for a while before I was able to even get in my workout. I still lasted strong through my whole workout despite the delay. Sweat was just rolling off my shoulders, but at this point, I don't think that GXR directly influences perspiration, just enhances all of the effects of whatever stim you are taking equally. I am used to this dose of EC, but this is the strongest this dose has felt to me since I first tried it. That says something to me.

Yesterday I did not use any stimulants, but I should have. Workout kinda sucked.
Took the GXR post workout.


Day 11:

No workout today. I have been studying all day for the GREs which I am taking tomorrow. May or may not get a workout in tomorrow.

Day 12:

Another stim free day, workout was at 7 PM so I didn't want to be kept up.
Took the GXR post workout.

I realize this log has been boring. I promise I will be getting on some more stims this week and trying some more stuff out. I have about 5 days left on Phera-Plex and I need to make the best of it.

Day 13:

Today I tried out GXR and ALCAR.

Effects
I noticed more than I ussually do from ALCAR. Most noticeable was the eyesight enhancement. I was noticing things on the drive to the gym that I have never seen before. I felt very observant. I have to start using this combo for lectures.

Day 14:

Anoter day with EC and GXR

Effects
I got about 6 hrs. of sleep last night. I woke up and felt like absolute **** - like I had a migraine and a stomach virus at the same time. I went to my first class, then skipped my second one ot come home and sleep. I slept a few hours and woke up feeling very bad again. I had a paper to wright tonight so I had to shake this. I took the combo and forced myself to go to the gym in hope that it would fix me up. Had to wear shades cuz the light was making my head worse.

Hey, I woke up and snapped out of it to have a damn good workout. I acctually had energy to spare. Amazing.

I have a little Neurostim+C left and decided to try that out with GXR today

Effects
I used 1.5 scoops. Felt like a 2 scoop serving. Very sustained focus, enough to tack on the ab workout at the end.

Day 16:

I took GXR with Thermal Rage again today. Then went for a leg workout.

Effects:
I can't say that I really felt much more from the Thermal Rage than usual. It was more powerful last time I used the GXR with it.

Thus far I haven't gotten any negative effects from Glugophase. I haven't had any hypoglycemia episodes with it even when used pre-workout.

Day 18:

No stimulants today. I decided not to take the GXR post workout today, because I seem to get hungrier sooner after my post workout shake when I do. Normally, this effect is fine because I go home and get food, but I didn't have anymore than a protien bar with me and I was going to the Oyster Shucking Contest. Didn't want to get hungry.
