I mailed you but I'm not sure if you got the message... So what I would like to know is: how much cardio do you do a day (time wise and type) and at what intensity? and weight lifting duration?
What would a typical eating plan look like for you, calories etc... what supplements do yu take? umm.. I think that was it.
