    doing squats and deadlifts barefoot

    I noticed that Arnold would do squats ect barefooted. I gave it a try and now can't stand to do them with shoes. Just feels more solid.

    Anyone else agree?

    yeah if I am doing calves the shoe has to have a real flexable sole. But preference is no shoe.

    I try and just wear flipflops on leg day and then it's easy on and off. But I am worried about droppin a weight.
