I will be competing in my ninth and tenth shows in oct but as you know am continuing to learn about the sport a guy never knows enough about.
I know everything in the sport comes down to what works for the individual and I have a routine I follow for carbs, sodium and potassium the last couple of weeks but am looking for some new ideas
Also - I have never stayed on creatine up until the show (considering trying it) what do ya think
Also - Has any one tried wine to fro vascularity before going on (considering trying it)
