Hey guys, I have been out of the supplement game for a while. I am looking for the most effective creatine product, (but without the bloat!). I am currently taking vitargo CGL (which is creatine monohydrate and a special carb mix). This stuff works decent I guess, but iwth all creatine monoyhydrate, I bloat like a mother, I hold so much water in my face its crazy. I know there are a lot of people out htere that say this shouldn't and doesnt happen, but puffer face is here to prove it!
So I was looking at either The Green Buldge or Thunder, which do you recommend and why?
Stats:20 years old 6'1' 190lbs, 10% bodyfat.

just buy them both and run them consecutively, there probably won't be too much difference in the two, we're just talking about creatine here, granted the supporting cast of ingrediants is different, but i dont see how one would stand apart too much from the other

I am still a big fan of mono but since you are asking about these other two, out of them definately CEE, it's been out longer and there seems to be good feedback from it. Personally I got the same results from CEE than mono but thats not a bad thing as I get good results.

Like said above, I say pick up one of each. I don't work nor pimp for either said company, but have tried both and think Green Buldge and Thunder are definately top notch products at a very reasonable price respectively.
