Chronic Fatigue/Low Energy Supplements

I'm posting this to try to get some feedback on what my mom should be taking for symptoms of fatigue and low energy. She's had test after test run and everything seems to be perfectly fine. She's tried every stimulant known to man (even EC) and nothing seems to help. I had thought about recommending creatine as I have read that it can be helpful for people with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue by increasing ATP levels. Since stimulants don't seem to help, does anyone have any recommendations for supplements that might work through some different pathwats?

Thanks for the suggestions. I've heard about NADH for chronic fatigue. I'll do some reasearch on all those you listed.

B-12 shots.

My aunt was run down and such. Tests were run and red blood cell count was way down, but anyway, she was given B-12 shots to help increase energy levels.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. I was reading an article about how creatine is believed to be useful for this. Has anyone else heard about this or read much about it? I couldn't find any specific studies on this however..just a passing mention of it.

Hi my friend ive suffered this dreadfull illness for years thrown piller to post and disgusted by the medical proffesion im full of ideas on treating this problem and intend to put a supplement together to use myself and sell to other suffers as im 37 now and time is passin me by ive wasted 1000s on usless supplements which make me feel weird,so if you want something doing do it yourself ieh!! cant give details of all my formula but its safe and i have been researching nutrition for 20 years,i got off the horrible drugs they gave me and believe we can heal ourselves thru nutriton which is backed up by science, let me know if you need any questions!! in the mean time i suggest you try d-ribose nice and gentle and energises the core energy of the mitochondria
