I have always had fat on my pecs. I am not a fat person by all means. I even have a sixpack sticking out because i don't have much fat anywhere else on my body. Is cardio and dieting the only way i can try to get rid some of this fat, or is there another way.

Dieting and cardio, you can't spot reduce. You just have lower your overall bodyfat.

I have the same problem as you... I hear 6-oxo with lipoderm helps... i've been using lipoderm for my lower chest...Originally posted by agjas001

I wish I knew also... My main problem is my lower chest... the fat pisses me off. I am 15, and I had gyno bad at 13 the lumps in my nipples hurt bad, now the doc said it's barely there and it's receding, in a few years it should be gone. But I still have lower chest fat... not puffy nipples or anything with nipples.
I'm about 12-13% bf.Eternal Creatures are not so prudent.

1fast400 sells it... although I have not researched this product but I hear it combined with lipoderm should take care of the problem. Also, I don't know if it's safe to use in your teens.

jesus christ me 2. i have maybe 12% tops it was 11% when i tested it last and i have semi-abs but my lower chest has a little bit of fat its really annoying.Originally posted by agjas001
