Alright maybe its because I used to be...larger and now I'm quite a bit smaller (my xformation is somewhere on here) and my method for loosing all the weight was eating lots of food that was low in calories (so my stomach is probably the same size if not larger than it used to be,) but now whenver I eat a high fiber meal (more than 10 grams) I baloon up, my "visible bodyfat" goes up alot, and I get the ability to Puff out my stomach quite a bit (distention,) not to mention that I fill really REALLY full, this makes bulking pretty tough!
So does this happen to anyone else? Is there anyway around it without avoiding complex carbs?

i lost about 45pounds in 2.5 months my junior year of high school which was over 4 years ago. ive kept it all off since, but alot of times whether i eat alot of fiber or not i get real bloated and feel like ****. even if i eat certain things like fridays or ruby tuesdays i cant go the bathroom for like a few days. i dunno if my body sometimes cant process the food or what. i also recently had a bacterial bladder infection which is rare for males, and even now sometimes i feel like i always have to go the bathroom especially when its cold out its weird. if you find out any useful info about your problem as well as mine, let me know
