Now guys, NO overly lude remarks, I will delete them.
Ladies please post you pics here. I am hoping that this will bring in some of the ladies from the female BB section too. Ladies, you do not HAVE to be over 35 to post here. Feel free to join in with the over 30 ladies and find this a safe haven to receive praise for your work and suggestions for improvement tempered with compliments.
If anyone gives you a hard time, you let ME know immediately. I WILL deal with the situation.
The pics do not have to be a BB pose, just any pic that shows off the work you've done.
Hibiscus, no excuses, we'll take the "pool sloth" shots too.
Post away............
PS: I know we will get off track here, so don't be offended when I go in and clean up the thread and dump any off-track posts. Don't worry, I'll be removing some of my own too, I'm sure.

Roxie, looking good.
The "post your pic's" forum is loaded with vultures who have nothing better to do than tear apart peoples pics.
That's why I started this thread.
Any other ladies you know, send them over.
They can pick on us old guys in our pic forum, but they gotta post theirs first.
Keep up the good work, but the face, too much iron in the diet???Last edited by ctgblue; 09-17-2002 at 06:14 PM.

Roxie - looking great! Keep up the good work.
As for me, I am currently pursuing a long-time goal of training for a marathon, so I've put the body building goals on a backburner for now. After the marathon (in October), I'd like to resume a more even split of running & body-building, both reducing fat (trouble areas: tummy, hips & thighs) AND building muscle.
Last year, I worked with a great trainer who got me started. After our sessions ended, I continued to make progress on my own. While I kept building muscle, I started to plateau with the fat loss. I think this trainer can help me get to the next level.

Tracy, Roxie
Well done girls! You 're really looking great!
And you deserve a special mention for being the first to post your pics here! The look of the others can be frightening sometimes, and it's never easy to be the first ! So you can be double proud: first for the wonderful results you have achieved with your hard work, and second for posting your pics.
You are trend-setters and I'm sure lots of others will follow your example now!
So a big Hooray for our first Lovely Ladies!Age is but a number ! a healthy diet and regular exercice can make you feel and look much younger than you really are !
