For Thickness you definitely need Bent over BB rows -- Mr. Cutler uses those as his #1 thickness exercise. You can use wide or close grip for this, it just needs to be H-E-A-V-Y!

For width - it looks pretty solid there, but try a very wide grip seated row. The trick to width is reach, if you communicate to your body that it needs to grow wider for functional activities, it will respond quickly. Really wide pull ups seem to help with that. Pullups help everything with your back btw, I didn't see them in your split.

Drop the V bar pulldown too, redundant and won't help width.

    1. do you REALLY think you got no meaningful opinions so far?

    2. deads, rows and pullups - that's what you would expect in a back routine. do different variations, work in various set and rep ranges, change the sequence of the exercises and observe how your body responds. that's as simple as it gets.

    nice

Anybody can go in the gym fresh nd throw up crazy weight on deads if they do them first. Ding them last will really be a test on your strength. You need some bb rows in that mix. For width on those seated rows try them palms facing up that will blow your lats up...
