There's no way to get a straight up answer, because each chicken breast is going to weigh a different amount. Also, take into consideration how you prepare it - if you add oil, fry it, broil it, stew it, dress it up, etc it will change the nutritional content.

For "Chicken breast, Roasted, Skin not eaten", 1 ounce is 46 cals. 1g fat, 0g carbs, 9g protein. According to FitDay, a large breast averages about 321 calories (7g fat, 0g carb, 60g protein) but that doesn't seem like a very large breast... that would only be slightly under 7 ounces of breast, whereas large (to me anyway) would be more around the 9 to 10 oz range...
