Elbow Pain
Yesterday, i was doing bicep curls with a ez-curl bar with only 50lbs. on it. After my workout i was usually sore like normal. When i woke up today i couldnt move my left elbow and i had some pain in my right one. I've been using muscle lotion on it this morning, buts its killing me. I can extend my right elbow all the way , but when i try my left on i can only go 3/4 of the way. Help me out please... i just need to know if its a pull muscle or something else .. Thanks!!
