Is is ok to eat salmon every day?

I buy frozen salmon from my local Target and I usually eat 2 frozen salmon fillets a day. I was just wondering if it was ok to eat this every single day? Each fillet is 100g frozen.

    in short, yes

of course, like almost all fish, salmon has SOME mercury in it
but unless your giving birth soon, you will be FINEEEE
honestly, maybe if you had about 5 times that much for 14 years you wouild have an increased CHANCE of something like decreases stamina or something insignificant like that
furthermore the mercury in the fish is natural and since salmon mainly feeds on plankton ect.. it has lower mercury in it than large predator fish such as swordfish, shark, etc..

My personal opinion: If it is wild, I think it is OK, I would be comfortable with it anyway. I eat tinned wild salmon (although not 200g) 5 times/week + some wild salmon steaks.

However, I would not personally eat that much farm raise salmon because of the other toxins and contaminants (not mercury).
