ok guys well last week i was deadling i got 365x3 and decided to try for 1 more... well i failed and couldnt do it... then afterwards during the workout i got a pain in my lower back right above the spine...
1 week later it still hurts... i tried to just do rows today and i think it hurt it more...
my plan is to skip all leg work, and back, and any standing excercises to really limit lower back involvemnt.
can anyone relate to a similiar experience and share advice on how to speed up recovery?
also... if it were a muscle tear i would know,.... right?... as of now i just have pain at the very bottom of my spine sort of neamr y ass and on the right side
help would be greatly appreciated

You just strained it, maybe you had a little round. You'll be fine, take a nice little break. Thats hwo it seems to me, Ive had a similar experience with Deads as well. Rest real good. Maybe its time for a full week off, maybe your overtrained? If not, just rest the back and continue unless it persists. Then, see a doctor
