    What's for lunch?

    What do you have for lunch?
    I work most days and always end up getting tuna sushi rolls or a sanwich/roll with tuna/turkey/chicken plus salad. Kinda getting sick of the same thing and also I'm sure it would be cheaper to make my own.
    Was thinking about mixing up some rice, tuna/salmon, vegies and chuck on sweet chilli sauce (i'm addicted). Does that sound like a good lunch? I need my protein/carbs/salad/vegies etc.
    Any other ideas I could try? Also any other sauces I could try to get away from my sweet chilli addiction?
    I'm growing bigger muscles everyday...and I love it!

    For lunch I normally have a small tin of tuna mixed in with a mammoth salad sprinkled with lemon+pepper seasoning and a diet yoghurt

    clean sweet chilli sauce

    sweet chilli thai sauce
    Together in Bowl-
    Chilli sauce (any clean chinese will do ingredients of mine- sweet potato, chillies salt) tbsp
    Garlic Powder -dash
    1tbsp Splenda
    Pepper - dash
    lime optional
