how long it would take depends on too many things to give a proper estimate. your genetics, motivation, effort, diet, knowledge all play a part. i can give you an estimate based on my own gains. i'd say one year. i'm almost to that physique and i've been lifting for 9 months

you will not have a similar body to him, everyones genetics are different. Just lift hard and smart and let it take you where it takes you.

hahah no Im not, but im 180lbs probably around 15% body fat. my diet is **** im just getting back into working out again. I'll try to get a pic up tomorrow. Im guessing I would have to do a bit of cardio too drop my bf%

Should I go with multiple cardio sessions a week or just one? How clean would my diet have to be?

cut your regular calorie intake by 500 or so, don't eat junk food.. pretty easy. do HiiT on off days when you don't lift, so probably every tues/thurs/sat

I remember reading somewhere that said Pitt is like 5'11'' or 6' and his weight fluctuates between 130 and 150 pounds. So...yeahhh

Stick to basic lifting and if you want to lose weight just eat 6 small meals a day with high protein moderate carbs and low fat.
And do a little cardio. If you stick to basics you cant go wrong
