looking for a dumbbell bench any advice

The bench I want just has to go flat and incline don't need decline
I just do dips for decline. Do they make a dumbbell bench that is lower to
the ground to make it a little more easy to lower the dumbbells and pickup..

That bench looks like it will incline AND decline. Check out the adjustment under the bench.

The only thing tha'ts not good about the bench there's no seat,
and you have brace yourself with your feet.....

Yeah, I agree with you on that one. It looks OK to have for a 2nd bench, but not for a primary one. Check out this bench for dumbbell work http://www.gymcor.com/flatben.html You can get it cheaper if you look around.
