Ripped to shreds man! I'd say EAT; start with a clean bulk man. And if you can keep the bodyfat as low as possible and maintain most of that definition, it would be awesome.
Your arms and back are very nice. Work on delts and traps; abs are amazing. Got a lower body/leg shot?
Other than that, I can see you getting beefy in no time. Keep it up man! ^^

yeah.just think that when i started lifting i was 58 kilos and now 67 withimag the same height!imagine the diference.then i was truly skinny!!!

you just need to have some lbs more of muscle to look fantastic. also you look great now. but maybe gaining those lbs will lose that definition you have now...

Shoulders, arms, legs and abs look great. I think chest and lower back might be lagging a bit. Looking very good though.

you have a great base and naturally low body fat, clean bulk and put on like 15-20lbs youll be a ****en beast, keep up the good work
