nothing wrong with 100g of carbs PWO. However, like he^^^ said, 100g of high-GI carbs isnt the best option IMO. Why would you want your biggest carb hit of the day coming from food that provides your body with little nutritional value....think about it, what good does malto/dex do for you health wise....not much. Have some oats and fruit PWO...they will provide you with vitamins and minerals that are good for your body. If you want, do 50% high-GI and 50% oats and/or fruit.
