    Upper body plyometrics exercises

I am having trouble finding some upper body plyometrics exercises that I want to do for baseball after my strength program is finished. I've seen some pushup examples and medicine ball stuff. Anybody know of any others? Or an explanation of what type of upper body plyometrics should be done?

Plyo push ups on a medicine ball are great. You can do pull ups and explode at the top into the air catching yourself on the way back down and do reps like that. Medicine ball slams are great, or medicine ball throws. Also as a full body exercise burpees are killer.
