Thumbs up which exercises isolate the inner tricep

im pretty sure this is normal but my outer tricep is more noticeably then the inner, and i do plenty of exercises for them. rope pull down, cable bar push down, skullcrushers, dips, db presses. so im wondering which exercise specifically, if any, isolate the inner tricep?

Have you tried reverse pull downs?

I find they work it really well.

The true inner(medial)head lies underneath the long head and is more prominant near the elbow. Are you talking about the long head on the back of your arm?
    I don't know either lol

The horseshoe is made from the joining of the lateral(outer) head and the long head. Technically, the medial head is closest to the body(that's what medial means, closest to the midline of the body).

Any exercises in which the arm is raised above the head will target the long head of the triceps. Any movement when the arms are below the shoulder will activate the other heads of the triceps more.
    I don't know either lol

Can't isolate it, but add more stress to it then the other two heads involved in the Triceps.

don't worry about trying to isolate one head over the other. just have some heavy cg/rg pressing, extensions and i*** and you'll be fine.

For size in this area I think close grip/elbows in dips or bench dips are the best.
