    IS there something you can eat to slow down your metabolism temporarily?

    For bulking it could be essential for ectomorphs? Anythign out there and how well does it work?

    yes, eat a jar of peanut butter...

    you cannot slow down your metabolism, you just have to eat more... everyday.

    a jar of PB, or a few tablespoons of flaxseed oil, lots of pasta, rice, bread, eggs, milk, chicken, steaks, etc... every 2 hours, simple...

    it is a great source of omega3 EFAs and is calorie dense and very good for you, in short.

    you can slow down your metabolism by staying in cold water for say an hour everyday or by sitting in a swimming pool, or bath tub for an hour just soaking in the cold water and eating while you do it
