well as teens u should live with ur parents but i drink about 3 and that counts the milk i use in my cereal
I reached my goal of 180... so where to now I don't know maybe 190 maybe 170. I think 190

I actually draink a lot of milk,bcz of its nutritional facts.
I usually drink 7 to 8 servings.

I used to drink a gallon of skim a day in college... It never did me any harm! My roomate used to say I would get calcium deposits, which is obviously idiocy... lol
Anyway, there are other dangers to it in my opinion these days. I have started drinking only raw milk. check it out... www.realmilk.com

Anywhere between 64-128 ounces. Depends on what my diet is like for the rest of the day and how many whey shakes I need on that particular day. Never any less than 64 ounces though.
