Well, what can I say...

Young, committed, and headstrong (otherwise known as stubborn).
Lady. College student, sophmore: Syracuse University. (applause)
Height: 5 feet
Current Weight: 120ish
Body Fat %= 24.5
Highest weight: 135ish
Former lifestyles: The Atkins Diet (one full year)
Body for Life (smile)--(3 weeks, then I found this site)
Goals: Bodyfat reduction (achieve 13% BF)
Muscle building (few pounds, maybe?)

Calories: over 1200, under 1600 *please comment*
50/30/20 P/C/F ratio
Protein: egg whites, chicken, turkey, fish, skim milk, soymilk
Carbs: oatmeal brown rice, russet potatoes, allbran, fruit
Fat: promise spread, CLA (6/day) , olive oil, cheese
Liquids: Water, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Crystal Lite
Training: 5 DAY SPLIT
Mon- Shoulders
Tue- Abs + cardio
Wed-Chest
Thu- Legs
Fri-Back
Sat-Arms + cardio
Sun-cardio

cardio=eliptical, eliptical EFX, treadmill, stair stepper, spinning, tae bo ADV
10-15 mins usually

Supplements: Vasopro-Vivarin EC Stack (12.5/150) ...will increase to 25/200
Prolabs Protein Component Blend
Universal Creatine Chews
Multi + Vitamin C
Tonalin CLA (6/day)

Reading: I read up on nutrition and bodybuilding 3-4 hours a day (BB.com)
Oxygen Magazine, Fitness Rx, Muscle & Fitness Hers

Note: I never plan on deviating from this lifestyle, this isn't some "for the summer" aim.

I welcome and appreciate the critique and opinions of all men and women who frequent this board, who share a similar lifestyle.

By the way, I am going to Italy in January to study abroad for a semester (eek!!) I'd very much like to accomplish a few of my goals by then. I requested to be housed near a workout facility, and told the housing board that I am health-conscious in terms of food. LOL. YAY FLORENCE!!!!
BTW- I speak absolutely NO Italian.

Stretching: Lower body, 10 minutes

Leg Extensions: 40#-12 reps (easy)

HAMSTRINGS
Deadlifts: (smith machine*) 28#(bar only)--12 reps

Leg Curl: 50#--4 reps (too heavy)

Seated Leg Curl: 65#--12 reps
