I'm getting very serious about weight lifting and I know that in order to build muscle well you need to have a correct diet. I'm going to be starting a clean, but I don't know which foods to eat? After sorting out my needs I've come up with this breakdown:
Calories - 2200 calories
Protein - 270 grams
Carbs - 200 grams
Fat - 30 grams
I know this isn't that many calories but I weigh less than 130lbs and I don't eat very much food. So I'd like to break this down into 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon lunch, dinner). I'd also add in a few snacks here and there like between breakfast and lunch and after dinner before bed snacks. I'll be having a post-workout shake after I workout everyday (47 grams of protein). Any advice or diets, basically any thing would be appreciated. Thanks
