    i am working 3 months

    sat chest tri
    mon back bi
    wed shoulders legs

    i am eating fine plz

    tell shud i work each muscle how many exercises and reps plz ???? reply me

    how mant exercises per muscle is 3 ok???

    2-3 sets with 6-10 reps for upper body

    2-3 sets with 8-12 reps for lower body.


    I use only 1 set for all exercises however I use those rep ranges as a guideline.
